Returns & Exchanges

 If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your CoCo Bo’s purchase, you may return it for a complete refund (original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 15 days of receipt. Replacements and Exchanges are available for 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return Authorization Numbers are required for all returns and exchanges. Please contact us by email at cocobosllc@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and will be returned to you.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied with original proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any return with signs of tampering, excessive wear and tear or modifications. 

Items should be returned in their original packaging, padded envelope or box and sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. CoCo Bo’s is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  You assume all responsibility for the security, condition, shipping and handling of the returned and/or exchanges item(s). You are responsible for shipping and handling fees for any items where exchanges have been granted.
